Ah breakfast, the most important meal of the day. Whether you’re a porridge person, or a grab and go kind of person, it’s good to change it up every once in a while.

We give you breakfast pancakes!

A simple, yet satisfying way to kick-start your morning. This no-flour batter is ideal for celiac or any health-conscious folks out there. Breakfast pancakes are ideally served with fresh fruit and berries of your choice and drizzled in The Tipperary Kitchen’s Chocolate Fudge Sauce. That’s the sweet tooth taken care of!

Recipe:

  • 2 Eggs

  • 1 Large banana

  • Blueberry’s  

  • Holycross Chocolate Fudge Sauce

Method:

  1. Blend eggs and banana together, this is your batter.

  2. Pour serving onto hot pan, turn back the heat, and leave till bubbling then flip.

  3. Serve with blueberries and chocolate fudge sauce!
